Happy Sunday!
I hope you are getting ready for Halloween day. We have a few more decorations to put out but all in all we are READY! I love the little ones, they are so adorable.
I guess the last few years the White House had been handing out raisins and apples to try and promote eating healthy and they said the amount of kids had decreases...hmmmm I wonder why.

Okay Kathy, you beat me this morning! I had a lovely walk this morning in the brisk air and feel great. Down one more pound this morning. Yay! My eats and cardio for today are:
8:00 AM 75 minute walk
Prebreakfast: Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast: Quest protein Bar
Snack: Laughing cow cheese spread and carbmaster crackers (5)
Lunch: Grill Chicken on bed of salad
Snack: Apple Slices with fat free caramel sauce
4:00 PM 45 minute walk
Dinner: Vegetable Soup
Snack: Hi Lo Maple Pecan Cereal
I hope everybody has a wonderful Sunday. Don't forget vits and fluids too!

I am just dotting along as I eat and getting to the gym for workouts.
I eat: meat OOO, starch OOO, dairy OOO, fat OOO, fruit OOO and veggies OOO. On a log sheet and I just fill in the dots when I eat something. It is easy to track my food that way....whatever works!
Today I stuffed a tiny pumpkin with meatloaf and am baking it in the oven. For dinner I will cut it in half to serve 2 of us with some veggies along the side.
It is nice to know that so many of us are working together for healthier selves. Just me
