Hi Saturday BOTTS:
Cold here in Mississippi this morning. I did wrap up and get my mornng walk in. Cardio and eats for today are:
8:00 AM 75 minute walk
Prebreakfast: Coffee and miralax
Breakfast: veggie sausage on mini whole wheat sandwich thins
Snack: Quest brownie bar
Lunch: Quest peanut butter bar
Snack: laughing cow garlic herb cheese and carbmaster crackers
4:00 PM 45 minute walk
Dinner: chili
Snack: Kay's Natural BBQ mix
I know many do not post on Saturday but it helps me stay on track. Hope everybody has a great Saturday. Make it fun and don't forget vits and fluids.

My son and his new wife was in town and I had dinner with them last night. They have moved to California and live so far away :-(

My son and his new wife was in town and I had dinner with them last night. They have moved to California and live so far away :-(

No moring cardio however I did get out in the yard, cutting bushes and raking leaves and debri. Tired now.
Did not eat smart today. Was in a snack mood. Just wasn't interested in a sit down meal. Did start my day taking my vitamins but did not drink enough fluids to even log except coffee. I may drink a powerade zero and a little more water later tonight.
Tomorrow is the day I get back to exercising. Almost started this morning but changed my mind.
