Morning to all!  I am using the smilie with the sun glasses as we  have no sun here today...

Yesterday was a good day for a change Yeah!  Hoping to do a repeat!

Breakfast
veggie omlete
Snack
Apple with almond butter
Lunch
Left over steak cut thin on greens with Trader Joe's NF dressing
Dinner
Chicken grilled with 1/2 sweet potato and veggies
Snack
Yonana's frozen fruit YUM!

Cardio is my core class tonight. Will try and do some treadmill also.

Good morning and Happy Thursday, the weekend is almost here.  Was feeling very down in the dumps yesterday, but went and worked out after work and the experts are right, it definitely improves your mood.  I felt so much better when I walked out of the gym, an hour well spent.

D-Skillet lasagna, salad

1 Hour at the elliptical after work

 Good Morning All.

I had a really nice walk this morning and actually did 4 miles today.  The weather has since taken a turn for the worst as we have a cold front and rain coming in now.  Eats and Cardio for today are:

5:00 AM 75 minute walk

Prebreakfast:  Coffee with Miralax
Breakfast:  Unjury Chocolate Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Quest Vanilla Almond Crunch Bar
Snack:  Laughing Cow Garlic and Herb Cheese Spread and 5 Carbmaster crackers

4:00 PM  I plan on doing some weights and situps today 

Dinner:  Wendy's Chili
Snack:  Wonderslim chocolate protein cake

Yesterday I had a serving of almonds that was not on my food list.  Went to the gyno and difinitely felt violated.  And, I think they hit a nerve in my back.  Thus, I needed some comfort almonds.
So is my story.  I hope everybody has a good if not great day today.  And, as always, remember your vits and fluid.

Morning all. I guess my body needed a day or two of higher calories as I dropped 2 lbs in the last two days. Going to stay at the line today though if possible.

Not hitting the gym today due to a funeral I need to attend so I will probably do some walking tonight at home or use my gazelle/bike. Edit:completly exhausted, have been doing some chores around the house but see an early bed time in my future and no exercise.....

Nice and sunny here today. Still... but the low pressure is coming so we expect the cooler weather.
I woke up hungry today.  And I stay hungry, But hunger is not an emergency. I can be hungry but still wait until I can eat.  No snacking for me.
planned eats:
coffee+ almond milk
protein + flax muffin (coffee flavored)
coffee + almond milk (helps with the hunger)
chicken with veggies
protein shake + greens
protein + flax  muffin, apple
more chicken with veggies (or meatloaf)
yogurt + proteins + berries.. (LNS)
