Back On Track Together
And this week's temptation is...
It's Diwali!!! The doctor I work for and some of his staff are from India, and this week is their biggest holiday, Diwali. To celebrate, one of my co-workers is bringing an authentic Indian meal for lunch tomorrow. She is aware of my limitations and will not be offended if I pass on certain items, but you can imagine - all that tempting new food!!!
My strategy is to ask lots and lots of questions about everything, and disguise that I'm not eating much. Win-win, because I am really interested in learning more about Indian culture. Survival hints gratefully accepted.

Good for you thinking through a plan to eat clean. I would ask as sometimes culture food is very healthy. Have you tried googling the dish and see what ingrediants are in it and how it's prepared? Wouldn't that be so cool if you could find a healthy version?
Good luck to you! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!
Take care,
Kathy
