Happy Hump Day!
It is a beautiful day in the neighborhood here in Mississippi but I see that our friends in the northwest are dealing with snow this morning. I hope they don't get snowbound. My eats and exercise today are:
5:30 AM 1 hour walk
Prebreakfast: Coffee and miralax
Breakfast: Unjury protein shake
snack: pure protein bar chocolate chip
lunch: vanilla crunch quest bar
snack: lite baby bel cheese
4:00 PM 45 minute walk
Dinner: Grilled Chicken and Green Beans
Snack: NSA skinny cow ice cream sandwich

Morning, all! Been away from my pc for awhile, but have pretty much stayed on task. Need to mention that my sister took me to see The Big Year yesterday and boughtme lunch at Bob Evans. It's a hard place to order well w/o resorting to just a salad. I ordered trukey, which I don't gte very often, and even though it was the over-55 plate, it was enough for two full meals.
I recommend The Big Year highly - a sweet little movie.

Noon - lap swim and water walking at the Y
L - romaine salad, chicken

Doing a bit better today as I am able to plan it out. The last few days have been crazy. It is so amazing how the planning aspect makes such a big difference.

Did my cardio & weights at the gym already. A little slow on water (been a bit behind the last few days) so I need to pick it up.

I am enjoying reading all your posts. It motivates me and gives me meal ideas.
I filled in my O's as I ate: 3 servings protein, 3 milk, 1 fruit, 4 starch, 3 veggies and a nut crunch bar. I went to the gym tonight and did 1/6 triathlon. I had 3 cups of fat free broth, I cup sf jello, 2 cups of coffee, 2 cups of green tea and 2 cups of crystal light.
