Tuesday, October 25th, Cardio & Cafe

 Hi Botts:

It is just another day in the neighborhood for me.  My eats and exercise for today are the usual:

5:30 AM 1 hour walk

Prebreakfast:  Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast:  Unjury Chocolate Protein Shake
Snack:  Pure Protein Chocolate Bar
Lunch:  Quest Brownie Bar
Snack:  Lite Baby Bel Cheese

4:00 PM 45 minutes walk    

Dinner:  Chicken Salad on whole wheat sandwich thins
Snack:  NSA Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich

Don't forget your vitamins and Fluids today.  Smile at someone today.  It is free and doesn't cost a thang!

I was sick yesterday so didn't get over here. Sorry...  Feeling better today.

Breakfast will be a couple of soft boiled eggs
Tummy is very upset so I will do some kind of soup for lunch
Dinner will depend on how I feel.

Hope to take a walk today as it's suppose to be in the 70's but then turning cold so I need to get outside NOW.

Good afternoon everyone! Didn't make it to the gym yesterday, went home and was asleep by 7:30.  I'm glad I did, I feel so much better today.  I am so jealous of 70 degree weather, woke up to snow this morning and they are promising more tonight and tomorrow.

Todays plan:

B-Egg Beaters, protein shake
S-String cheese
L-My usual turkey salad
S-Quest bar
D-Turkey burger, broccoli salad

30 Minutes on elliptical after work and then chasing my 2 granddaughters around the house for 2 or 3 hours.

Hello Everyone, I have to start posting so that I can get out of this rut!

Pre B- 6oz protein shake w/calorie countdown milk
B-1/2 low carb tortilla w/ refried beans, egg whites and salsa ( huevos rancheros)

D-Fish tacos

I'm hoping to get on track and stay there!

Crazy day as we had to go car shopping unexpectedly.  Very stressful but I held pretty good.  Got up early and hit the gym first.

Guess Tuesday was one of those days for quite a few of us.  I took my vitamins, drank my fluids but cardio still missing in action.  Did a little walking but it doesn't count.  Working to get in gear.  Maybe Wednesday will get me over the slump.
