Good Monday Morning Botts:
It's a foggy day here in the South. At 5:30 AM I kinda felt like I was in a scary movie.My eats and cardio for today are:
5:30 AM 1 hour walk
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate & PB Unjury Shake
Snack: Brownie Quest Bar
Lunch: Pure Protein PB & Chocolate Bar
Snack: Mozarrella Cheese Stick
4:00 PM 45 minute walk
Dinner: Pork Chop and Green Beans
Snack: NSA Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich
Remember your Vitamins and fluids today. Have a good one.

Not sure on working out yet today. We are all sick at my house and I am completely exhausted and fighting wave of nausea all morning. Hoping to get in 30 minutes on the treadmill after parent/teacher conferences this afternoon.

Not the greatest choices made this weekend which lead to a 2 lb gain. Gotta get this thing figured out so that I can get a full week in and not blow it on the weekend.
B - protein drink

L - spaghetti w/whole wheat pasta & side salad (edit:actually had sushi & fried rice)
S - celery (edit: and steak)
D - undecided (edit: hot dog and mac & cheese)
Will be heading to the gym in a few minutes for my workout.
Edit: so found out one of our vehilces is too expensive to repair and need to figure out buying a new one. Stress totally killed my food choices after that.

Got a later than normal start today. ISSUES.
Cardio - None, just not in the mood. If not done in the morning its hard to get in the swing. I definitely have my energy in the morning.

Was planning up testing out my new running shoes after work today but had a late meeting and had some errands to do. Then it got dark and still needed to do chores and take care of my kids.

Also got an appointment to talk to a surgeon about plastics. I know it will be a battle with my insurance but I must try. I really hope and pray I can get some. What I really want is a breast reduction and a panni or whatever that is called. If my insurance won't cover it I probably will not be able to do it (since I'm a single mom). My apt is next Monday, please everyone say an extra prayer for me.
