Looks like we are going to have a wet Sunday here but got up early enough to get our morning walk in. Cardio and eats today.
6:45 AM 75 minutes walk
Prebreakfast: Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate Quest protein bar
Snack: Unjury Protein Shake
Lunch: Chocolate Chip Protein Bar
Snack: Laughing Cow Lite Cream Cheese and five Carb master crackers
4:00 PM 45 minute walk
Dinner: Roast Beef and Green Beans
Snack: NSA Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich

It is partially cloudy in my neck of the woods today but good weather. No cardio for me but I'm still fall cleaning. I'd rather take a beating. Not sure what else I will add to the menu but without fluid in the band this won't hold me. I am planning to probably eat another salad with either 98% fatfree chicken or a chicken thigh w/o the skin. Here's what going on so far.
My vitamins are taken but still working on my water. Best wishes for a great Sunday.

Sunday I ate all my exchanges and nothing else. All my "dots" are filled in. (see Sat. for my explanation of what the heck I am trying now!). I am done measuring and weighing food because it was to much to continue any longer. As of Monday morning I am re down 3 lbs. I swear I will never give up looking for something that works. Just me
