GRRRRRRR I DID IT AGAIN!!

 WTH?

I get busy in the morning and time gets away from me and then I don't eat.  By the time I realize this it's well past lunch.  I get something and then when the evening comes I eat dinner and then graze during the evening due to being hungry.  To top it off I didn't go to the Y as it was really cold and raining out. How lame is that?

I ate clean and worked out for 3 and 1/2 months, come on Kathy get it together girl. You are so close, you can do it, stop messing up.

Welcome to the next day and new start! 

Perhaps for the days that it happens you can do a bigger dinner in order to help keep you full and not to graze.......

Every minute is an opportunity to make better choices.  Have you eaten yet today?

Take a few minutes and only focus on listening to your breathing.  It's calming and a way I gather my wits about me when I remember to!

You sound so much like me.  We both have to have goals to lose weight for.  Yours was your son's wedding and mine is Christmas.  I am so afraid that once my occasion comes and goes, so will my motivation.  I am walking in the cold right now for fear that if I stop or take a day off I will lose control over my situation.  I have always been good at losing weight but never in my life it seems that I have been able to maintain it.  I pray for that inter-strength each day.  I will start praying for us both.

 Tess you are so right, nothing was going to stop me. And I am so close to where I want to be. My weight and size now is not bad. I am in a size 5/7. But I found out losing weight I was not big boned LOL and really am small. I was very comfortable around 118 - 125.  So here after 7 years I am fussing over 20 pounds when others gain so much more, but it's my personal comfort zone.  We will keep each other going.  Thanks for the prayers and we can give each other a good kick too
