 Happy, Happy Birthday tomorrow.  I wish you luck on your eating and remember you still can indulge some with sweets.  On my birthday and my daughter's, we order 1 slice of cheesecake with fudge topping and six forks.  I get about 2 bites and believe me, it is the best two bites every and I don't have to regret it.  Have a great weekend!

Happy early birthday! 

I agree with Tess, a little treat for your birthday is okay.  My family got a dessert at Olive Garden the other day with five forks, worked out perfect.

Been thinking about you today and hope you are feeling better. Remember, one day at a time.

i had a great weekend...i got a beautiful ring from my hubby and other gifts...yes i did cheat...and paid for it..BUT i am here today ...and not letting that affect me...Im'a keep on keepin on..

Lunch: ground beef, beans, lettuce, cheese, salsa
snack:  string cheese, milk
Dinner: ??

Cardio:  50 minute walk around a park

Working on my water intake!  Always a battle!
