TMI.....Rushed breakfast so half came back up. Still impressive that this far out the tiny tummy still gets tempermental.
Still quite chilly in my neck of the woods. My eats and cardio for today are:
5:30 AM 1 hour walk (39 degrees!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Prebreakfast: Hot Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast: Oatmeal with SF Praline Pecan Syrup - Yummy!
Snack: Quest Apple Pie Bar
Lunch: Pure Protein Chocolate Chip Bar
Snack: Mozarrella Cheese Stick
4:00 PM 45 minute walk
Dinner: Tuna Salad on Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins
Snack: Hi Lo Cereal with Maple and pecans

Didn't make it to the gym last night as my mother-in-law had a tumor removed from her thyroid yesterday afternoon, so we were at the hospital most of the night. So back to a regular schedule today.

1 Hour elliptical after work.

1 C. Greek Yogurt
2 T. Jello Sugar Free Cheesecake pudding
1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
3/4 Pumpkin puree
3 Pkts. Truvia
For the shake I use 8 oz. Almond milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/3 C. of the above mixture and kill it with enough ice in the magic bullet to make it thick.

L - chicken and sausage gumbo (no rice)_ w/ few cherry tomatoes in it.

S- yogurt with 1tbs slivered almonds flavoring @ splenda.. (this should help with the sweets attack...)
wont be here all weekend...my BIRTHDAY is tomorrow going out of town... we will be eating out...I hope i can do (will do) the low carb diet then too!!
