Hope all had a good day yesterday from reading posts we seem to have survived the day.  Now for the rest of the week.  Getting a barium swallow done soon and if I get a fill my post will be smaller like my intake.  But for now.

 Good Morning All:
Still quite chilly in my neck of the woods.  My eats and cardio for today are:

5:30 AM 1 hour walk (39 degrees!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Prebreakfast:  Hot Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast:  Oatmeal with SF Praline Pecan Syrup - Yummy!
Snack:  Quest Apple Pie Bar
Lunch:  Pure Protein Chocolate Chip Bar
Snack:  Mozarrella Cheese Stick

4:00 PM 45 minute walk

Dinner:  Tuna Salad on Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins
Snack:  Hi Lo Cereal with Maple and pecans

Good morning and Happy Thursday.  Looks like the frost from the last two nights killed off the remainder of the garden except the brussel sprouts.  They got a late start and I hope they continue to hold out for a few more weeks until they are ready. But glad I got all the tomatoes and peppers picked before the really cold weather kicked in.

Didn't make it to the gym last night as my mother-in-law had a tumor removed from her thyroid yesterday afternoon, so we were at the hospital most of the night.  So back to a regular schedule today.

B-Egg Beaters, Pumpkin cheesecake protein shake
S-String cheese
L-Salad w/turkey, feta, walnuts & rasberry vinagrette
S-Quest Bar
D-Wheat pancakes, fruit, turkey bacon

1 Hour elliptical after work.

At the beginning of the week I mixed the following:

1 C. Greek Yogurt
2 T. Jello Sugar Free Cheesecake pudding
1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
3/4 Pumpkin puree
3 Pkts. Truvia

For the shake I use 8 oz. Almond milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/3 C. of the above mixture and kill it with enough ice in the magic bullet to make it thick.

Oh my poor body!!  Did Body Pump yesterday evening and I am feeling it today....Going to push for Zumba this afternoon though.  Had way too much candy last night and my body is not happy with me today.

I did not have a good night...well i did till after 10 pm...then the snack attack came on...sigh...

b- Greek yogurt with strawberries and granola, baby bell, serving of Oscar Mayer turkey breast..
L - chicken and sausage gumbo (no rice)_ w/ few cherry tomatoes in it.
S- coffee....or EAS
D-taco salad
S- yogurt with 1tbs slivered almonds flavoring @ splenda.. (this should help with the sweets attack...)

wont be here all weekend...my BIRTHDAY is tomorrow going out of town... we will be eating out...I hope i can do (will do) the low carb diet then too!!
