doing good..but most likely no low carb (too much anyway)
flat-out, low fat cream cheese, pickles
coffee + cream
thai lunch (they put too much sugar into souce - I think).:
soup + tofu, chicken in garlic sauce w/ veggies.
protein shake
dinner : not sure... but taking a friend to dinner for her birthday .. her choice.. so whatever I can get low carb,,, will do. Veggies + meat or soup...
Soup is good.. fills you up, makes you warm...
