doing good..but most likely no low carb (too much anyway)

flat-out, low fat cream cheese, pickles
coffee + cream
thai lunch (they put too much sugar into souce - I think).: 
                    soup + tofu, chicken in garlic sauce w/ veggies. 
protein shake 
dinner : not sure... but taking a friend to dinner for her birthday .. her choice.. so whatever I can get low carb,,, will do. Veggies + meat or soup... 

Soup is good.. fills you up, makes you warm...

Dentist day.

B:coffee, banana, cheerios
s:protein drink
L:rotisserie chicken breast, romaine
s: apple
D: ???? Can't decide, am thinking an egg.
s: coffee

No swim today, dentist visit ate up the schedule. Maybe white-knuckle clinging to the chair counts.

D: Cheese quesadilla
S:1/2 apple w/almond butter, cashews



All liquids and vitamins in.

B-2 scrambled eggs, cheese, onions, a few grapes
L-1/2 pork chop, a few bites of steak, green beans, salad
S-protein drink, almonds
D-shrimp, carrots, a little bit of pulled pork
S-grapes, sunflower seeds
