B-  Fiber One bar and hot chocolate
S-  pear & protein shake
L-  eggplant with marinara and broccoli
S-  string cheese

Did poorly on eating, waters and my vitamins (forgot them at home) but did well exercising
Walked 3 miles and then later ran 4 miles. Real chilly here but I brought me some cold weather workout clothes-first time.

B:carbmaster yogurt
S: 1/2 apple w/1 tbspn almond butter. lf cheese stick
L: 1 slice of deli turkey w/ lf pepper jack cheese and 2oz of avocado on a mini whole wheat sandwich thin
S: grande skinny vanilla latte, few cashews
D:lempn pepper tunaw/ 2oz avocado and 1/2 smallsweet potato 
S: maybe a sf jello or a protein bar

all vits and liquids in.
