Tues 10/18/11 - Cardio and Cafe

Morning All
Hope all are well, planning their day with success in mind. I've started well with and protein powder. Trying to make it take the place of creamer. Vitamins take and starting on water.
Cardio - 15 minutes on the treadmill, yeah I know I'm becoming a slacker.

Good Morning and Happy Tuesday!  Still cold here so more indoor exercising until ski season opens.

D-Tuna casserole, green beans

Cardio:
Elliptical and TRX class after work.

 Hi BOTTS:

It started as a super nice morning at 69 degrees for my walk but the temperature is falling at 9:45 AM it is now 51 degrees. (a little chilly...)  I think Jennifer is sending my some cooler weather from Wyoming.  I told her to come and bring the CHILI not the CHILLY!  My eats and cardio today are:

5:30 AM 1 hour Walk - Nice

Prebreakfast:  Coffee with Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Protein with SF Peanut Butter Syrup (Yummy!)
Snack:  Quest Brownie Protein Bar
Lunch:  Pure Protein Peanut Butter Bar
Snack:  Baby Bel Cheese Lite

4:00 PM 45 minute walk

Dinner:  Chicken Salad on Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins
Snack:  Wonder Slim Chocolate Protein Cake with SF Chocolate Sauce
Bedtime:  1/2 Bananas

 I just finished walking a mile.  I took a couple of Tylenol before I started and it helped keep the pain manageable.

EM - coffee w/skim milk
B - hamburger patty, collard greens
S - boiled egg
L - baked chicken thigh, collard greens
S - apple
D - BBQ pork tenderloin
S - cheese or nuts

Hello all!!!!  Happy Tuesday!  Enjoyed a great dinner date with hubby last nigt.  Made good choices until we decided to share a brownie sundae (although I will say I limited myself to a few bites and ate them slow to savor).

B - protein drink
S - banana
L - salad with baked chicken breast
S - apple or celery w/peanut butter
D - unsure, will be on the go so I need to think about it.

 Questproteinbars.com.  You can request two free samples but most people never received them.  I would suggest buying one of each for a total of six bars to see which you like to best.  My fav is the chocolate brownie, peanut butter supreme and vanilla almond crunch.  I do like the apple pie but the others are my favorites.  I am not a fan of the mix berry and the pbj is okay, I just like the pb supreme better.  The bars are $2.69 each or a box of 12 is $24.98 I think.
