Sunday, October 16th, Cardio and Cafe

Hi Gang:
I guess we are all out living life today, good for us.  Eats and cardio for me today is:

7:00 AM 75 minute walk

PreBreakfast:  Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast:  Oatmeal with SF Praline Pecan Syrup
Snack:  Brownie Quest protein bar
Lunch:  Chocolate Chip Pure protein bar
Snack:  Lite cream cheese with carb smart crackers

Exercise:  Cleaned out my pantry, kitchen and office (Whew!)

Dinner:  Roast Beef, Green Beans and Devil egg
Snack:  Skinny Cow NSA Ice Cream Bar
Bedtime:  1/2 Banana

Don't forget vitamins and fluids.  I hope everybody has had a fabulous Sunday.  Hear from you tomorrow.

Oops.  Today is not one of my better days.  Started pretty good then I sabotaged myself.  Baked cookies and ate them.  Otherwise I was doing well, drinking my liquids, eating smart and taking my vitamins. Here's what I ate:

Tess, I've been meaning to ask...Where do you get your Quest protein bars?  I looked for them when shopping yesterday, and didn't have any luck.
