Hello everyone! I have a few questions about snacks. I usually eat 6 times a day, 3 sm meals and 3 sm snacks. sometimes when it's snack time I'm not even hungry but I'm on a schedule so I try to stick to it and I eat anyway. Should I be eating a snack even though I'm not hungry? I just don't want to drop too low on my calories.
