Hello everyone! I have a few questions about snacks. I usually eat 6 times a day, 3 sm meals and 3 sm snacks. sometimes when it's snack time I'm not even hungry but I'm on a schedule so I try to stick to it and I eat anyway. Should I be eating a snack even though I'm not hungry? I just don't want to drop too low on my calories.

You need to make sure you are getting in your daily protein requirements, and if you are working out, make sure you are getting some carbs in you to act as fuel. Isn't it amazing how we now have to sometimes make ourselves eat???

 Did you ever thing you would say those words, not hungry, make myself eat?  LIke Rich said, make sure you are getting in the protein and complex carbs with you're snacks and more so if you are working out.
