So yesterday I did well.
Worked out a little to the biggest loser on the WII
Did my weight on WII and I am over weight but not obese now. Just at the border of the two. Would love to see healthy weight but not sure it is a realistic goal. I will just keep working on healthy living and see where it takes me.

This morning I tried on my pants that were loose on my last winter... I could zip them up and button them, but then I could not breathe,,, not good... they are still size 8 (old size 10) but that is scary. Really scary. Enough excuses, lying to myself that it is OK the regain, that I am still sexy (true) and happy. Enough is enough. Back to a strict schedule.
for the next 2-6 weeks (or more ) I plan to do what I did before the surgery.
4 weeks semi liquid diet. 4 shakes + snack (flax muffin) plus a meal (veggies, fat and proteins).
No alcohol, no soda, no bread, no ... etc. It is OK to be a little hungry:
today was a good start,
coffee+ almond milk + proteins
coffee+ almond milk + proteins
peach + almond milk + proteins
almond milk + proteins
meat + veggies... (chicken)
flax muffin...
total: 1250 cal, 165 gr proteins, 45 carbs, 20 gr fat

Good Luck Hala, maybe I will follow your strict schedule too. Iv'e been snacking on alot of nuts and pistachios and I'm thinking that they are "trigger" foods for me so I will be getting the nuts out of the house. We also neede to remember that the holidays are right around the corner and that usually causes some regains for some of us and if we haven't lost the regain we already have it's gonna be harder to get rid of. Just a thought.

Insanely busy day at work on Thursday. A drug rep brought us lunch - Indian food! I was pretty good about portion sizes. I'm never tempted by rice, so I had the chickpeas, a small piece of Naan (Indian flatbread) with a spinach/cheese item that was really tasty. And a taste of the Mango chutney. One of the great "perks" of my little job is how much I am learning about India from my employer and co-workers. I am loving that.
Once I got home, I was just plain too tired to focus on food.
D: sliced turkey breast, apple.
s: Tea, a protein drink , then I went to bed early.
