Morning All,
Gotta have my morning decaf java but now it has a little unjury protein to stave off hunger and get my day going.  Hope all are well.  Today I'm being a tad lazy, only 10 minutes - Cardio
Yesterday went well, cut my carbs down.  Today my plans are to do the same.  Dinner is not planned but I will edit and add later.

I walked 1.4 miles this morning.  The knee is burning a little bit, but not too bad.

So far today I've had my coffee w/skim milk and two boiled eggs.  Brought a 180-calorie frozen dinner for lunch.  Snacks for the day are SF parfait and Vienna sausages.

Another beautiful day in our neighborhood, though the weatherman said that we might get rain tomorrow.Here are my eats and cardio for today:

5:30 AM 1 hour walk

PreBreakfast:  Coffee with Miralax
Breakfast:  Unjury Shake
Snack:  Quest Chocolate Protein Bar
Lunch:  Pure Protein Peanut Butter Bar
Snack:  Lite Baby Bel Cheese

4:00 PM 45 minute walk

Dinner:  Chicken Salad on Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins
Snack:  Vanilla Protein Pudding
Bedtime:  1/2 Bananas

Good morning! Did a good job yesterday, stuck to the eating plan, reduced my carbs, got in my water, exercise and vitamins.

Todays plan:

B-Egg Beaters, protein shake
S-Hard boiled egg
L-Leftover turkey enchiladas
S-Protein bar
D-Turkey burger, deviled eggs

Exercise: 1 hour on elliptical

Yesterday was a really good day....  NO carbs (almost impossible feat) and worked out doing Zumba

Breakfast
Oatmeal with whey protein
Apple with almond butter
Costco Chicken patty with tomatoes
LF babybel cheese and graps
Grilled Turkey patty on greens with tomatoes and Trader Joe's NF dressing

Taking Pilates tonight after work and walking the dogs while this weather is nice.

Ack - I am banana-less today! Breakfast was coffee, an egg, snack was a protein drink. Post-swim lunch was chicken, and for some unknown reason, I had some trouble keeping it down. That's over, thank goodness, probably too big a bite. Dinner shall be a gentle salad, and later a protein snack before bed. Tomorrow I go back to dentist to suffer, physically and financially. It will be a challenging day to get through.

Walked 2 miles then tonight I ran 3 miles. Did my waters!

Thought I was doing O****il I ran my numbers on sparkpeople.com;  aargh! 

How can beans & franks be so high in carbs!!!  At least I was full with one serving, and it
was good carbs.
