Traveling + Food = Fail

Well I wasn't like an absolute failure but man did I ever forget how hard this is.  Today was bad as I was tired and bored in the car (6+ hour drive) so I snacked more than I should have although my food choices today were better than yesterday so I only went over my calorie goal by a little.  Yesterday was another story.  Horrible lunch choice, and then what I thought was going to be a good dinner choice (salad at chain restaurant) was not a good choice.  But now I have reopened my eyes and will be re-examining things next time I go out.

Luckily we did a lot of walking in the last 2 days and I suspected the overkill last night and did a little stint on the hotel exercise bike so I am hoping I did not do too much damage.  Managing to look at it all as a lesson learned and shake it off.

Lesson Leaned is the key.  My weekend was ugly.  Today I played redemption and really feel good about my choices.

Don't beat yourself up so bad, you realize what was not good and my best suggestion was plan, plan, plan. I have driven a lot and I would pack all my foods and snacks.

I have lots of veggies, fruits, proteins!
