It was so nice yesterday and I was so enjoying it I didn't even log my food and workouts. My bad!!!

Grilled fish, veggies and whole wheat roll.

Sunday is my day off, but with this weather I am going to walk the dogs and bike ride. Yeah baby!

Prebreakfast: coffee and miralax
Breakfast: chocolate quest protein bar
Lunch: Vanilla Crunch protein bar
snack: carbsmart crackers and low fat cheese
maybe a walk not sure yet
dinner: homemade chili
snack: apple slices and sugar free caramel sauce
I plan to take all my vitamins and get my fluids in for today. Tomorrow starts our third week in this BOTT challenge. Dropped another 3 lbs. this week. Thank you all for taking this challenge, it really keeps me on my toes to know that I am being accountable for my eats and exercise. I wish each of you continue success in whatever you want to achieve. Have a bless Sunday today.

Lost my mind today. Ate cake late last night and paid the price. My carbs got worked up. Went to a shower today and ate cake and chips. Poor choices rendered me over on calories and carbs. Tomorrow will have to strick. With all these poor choices I even chose no cardio today. Here's today's damage:
One setback will not allow me to continue to sabatoge myself. I will get back on track.

Saturday and Sunday went well fro me, mostly because I was busy outside my house doing fun stuff. I came up short on protein, though. And at one meeting, I had half and half in my coffee. Sunday weight in said I'm down two pounds.
Now if I can get that protein number up and not let upcoming frustration get to me.
