Beautifull day today and for the weekend here in New England!

Breakfast: 1 slice protein bread toasted with a little peanut butter.
AM Snack: 1 small apple
Lunch: 1 can of tuna (packed in water) with a little mayo, 1 chopped red bell pepper and a couple of handfulls of fresh spinach.
PM Snack: Will either be an apple or a protein bar since I have a full workout planned at the gym tonight.
Dinner: Will be around 9:30/10:00 tonight when I get back from the gym. This morning I took out a package of 2 chicken leg quarters, so I'll bake them both tonight and have 1 tonight and the other 1 tomorrow night. I've got some brussel sprouts in the freezer I'll have with it.

Todays Workout: Work out on 9 nautilus machines, work arms with free weights, do 150 ab crunches and then spend 60 minutes on the Arc Trainer. I'll have a protein bar after my workout.

Good Afternoon!  So I did manage to get my viatmins prepped last night when I got home.  Actually had to think about it and reorganize due to the changes I am making in my eating schedule so now it will be one set at lunch and one set at dinner.

B - Protein drink
S - Kashi granola bar & banana
L - kielbasa, peppers/onions over rice
S - apple with peanut butter
D - chicken & dumplins

7 cups of fulids in so far, lunch set of viatmins done!

Did make it to the gym but due to some timing factors I was only able to get in 20 minutes.  That was disappointing.

**Edit:  did another 15 cardio (gazelle, bike) when I got home  :)

S - Sweet Tea  (I could so easily get hooked back on this stuff!)

S - Hope I don't need one but if do, EAS low carb protein shake

Vitamins - Done

Yesterday started off well with my usual Protein shake & banana breakfast, then in the late
afternoon it all went to H***.  I not only had two large servings of Mocha Coffee, I ate 3 pieces
of whole-grain bread w/strawberry preserves.  I'm one of those lucky folks who, when they eat
any whole-grains, wants more carbs.  AAAARGH!!

No exercise.  Phooey.

I'm still logging my intake on Sparkpeople.com and see my daily calories creeping up every
day.  OK, now I see it, I can no longer ignore it.

Sigh.

Start again....

Today I have had only protein shakes;  B:  Dutch Chocolate w/1% milk;  S:  Syntrax Nectar
Carribbean Cooler (two scoops in water);  L:  Syntrax Nectar Lemon Tea (two scoops in
water);  D:  Dutch Chocolate in 1% milk;  S:  Syntrax Nectar Capuccino (2 scoops in water)

Wish me luck!  I'm doing the Five-Day in order to decarb.

Thanks! I'm sure it will, but the first two days are not pretty!  I have to add Miralax to at least
one of my protein shakes to make sure I don't brick up my intestines!

Good luck!  Just remember that it's NOT a diet, but only a way to detox from carbs.

I worked from home today, what a nice treat! I am glad it is Friday tomorrow.
0900-100 cal english muffin, fried egg, bacon
1200-pbj on wheat
1400-rf string cheese rf wheat thins, peach
2000-lc tortilla, taco meat
2100-strawberries
I would of had candy or a cookie if I had been at work. I have easier access to snacks in my new position, I was off site before and I had to really want something to walk to the main campus.
Our house is in need of some groceries; there was not even a graham cracker! I am a bit short on water but did take my vits. I went for a short run(2.5 miles&.5 mile walk) on the treadmill while DD was in dance.
