Hope all have a wonderful Thursday and accomplish their goals. We are all striving for success. Kinda sabotaged myself with the vanilla wafers but they are gone now. Got stressed cause my car got totaled today. It was an older car.

Havent posted all week... just started my 'special lady-time' on the month... and water weight gain is a MOTHER!!! LOL


Breakfast- Cheese Omlette w/sausage an english muffin... UGH half... (TMI, sorry but it TOTM nausea)

started crying because... well because... damn, I actually dont know why. LOL pure craziness.

My weight got back up to 230, but Im ok with it... havent been taking my water pill, so I know its monthly bloat. It'll correct itself in time... but still walking, and dieting.

 Good Morning BOTTS!

5:45 AM 1 hour walk (Really Nice today at 59 degrees)

Pre Breakfast:  Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast:  Unjury Chocolate Protein Shake with 2 pumps of German Chocolate Cake Syrup SF
Snack:  Chocolate Pure Protein Bar
Lunch:  Quest Peanut Butter Supreme Bar
Snack:  Mozzarella Cheese Stick

4:00 PM 45 minute walk

Dinner:  Chicken and Cheese Quesadilla
Snack:  Vanilla Protein Pudding
Bedtime:  1/2 Bananas

My plan is to get all my vitamins and fluids in today.  I was a little short on my fluids yesterday.  I hope everybody day goes according to their plans.  Have a great one!

Fairly good day yesterday
even got my yoga in
bacon and milk for breakfast

cottage cheese and fruit for lunch
chips in the afternoon then I went on this site and put them away

dinner  Tortilla soup

Had 3 cups of tea
three 20oz ICE  Sprakling water with no calories but great flavor
glass of milk with night pills
and got in all my vit

I was really jumpy and upset all day but there was nothing going on so I am not sure what that was about. It was hard to not give into emotional eating to try to calm down.  I pullled out a good book and then did the yoga.
This helped some. I will have to keep this in mind. I set up a list of things to do in the evening when I get home but then I just want to sit and do nothing. Then I am bored and restless but unmotivated.

I dug out my embroidery and restarted that.  It's impossible to do intricate stitching with both hands and eat at the same time! 

Bonus:  Special Pillowcases for wedding presents!!

Yesterday I fell temptation to the wine- 3 glasses and SO many wasted calories...but a new day today.
B- DD Coffee, Eggs and 1 piece bacon
Lunch- Greek Salad w. chicken
S- Almonds
D- Beef stew

Had a great day yesterday, followed eating plan and got in great workout last night.

Todays plan:

B-Greek yogurt w/homemade chocolate granola, Egg Beaters
S-String cheese
L-Whole wheat linguine w/ham & asparagus
S-Protein Bar
D-Chicken tacos
S-???

Exercise:
Raining today, no walking at breaks, so 30 min on the treadmill over lunch
After work, 30 min on elliptical and lower body ST.
