Tuesday Cardio and Cafe

The good: a 3.5 mile run after work in a light drizzle
The bad: candy, mini's but probably a whole one in total
The ugly: I guess there was not any "ugly"
0800-egg beater veggie omellette
1030-candy
1230-1/2 roast beef panini
1530-12 red grapes
1830-lc tortilla, turkey taco meat, salsa, rf cheese, rf sour cream
2100-probably greek yogurt and strawberries
all my water and such

B-shrimp, ****tail sauce, salad, cauliflower, cheese, ranch dressing
S-string cheese
L-same as breakfast
S-watermelon, a few sunflower seeds, popcorn, tootsie pop
D-1/2 of a pork chop, salad, cauliflower, cheese, ranch dressing

Ran 2 miles and walked 4 miles, did great on waters

snacked too much after lunch but was at volleyball games from 4:15 (after work) to 9:00 so I had to eat a very late supper. Got a little dizzy a couple times today.

Have a pot lunch luncheon tomorrow at work so I need to try to stay on track. Want to lose these last 20 pounds.

Tuesday did not go as planned:
Coffee/w half-n-half and splenda
B'fast: 1 hardboiled egg and 2 bacon
L: Nothing, since a sinus infection laid me low
Snack: 3 crackers with my antibiotic
Dinner: 1 hamburger patty and slice of cheese

Exercise: Nothing, as I was running late from Dr. appt (big surprise!) and had to rush to evening class.

Did get 80 oz water in and all of my vitamins and supplements.
