Monday Cardio and Cafe

B- 1/2 of a pork chop, salad-lettuce, cauliflower, cheese and ranch dressing (can't do eggs right now)
S-none
L-same as breakfast, sugar free mint
S-sunflower seeds, tootsie pop, some watermelon ****il my pouch got upset for some reason)
D-same as breakfast and lunch
S-3 bites of watermelon-again pouch got upset (I normally don't have problems with it and I love it-Not the  best low carb though), almonds

Did great on waters and took my vits. Walked 1/2 mile and ran 1 mile. Didn't have time for more but legs were sore yet from last night. Will try to get up early and run before work.
