Week One was not the stellar week I thought it would be for me! Things fell apart on Thursday and went downhill from there...not bad-awful, but not how I had planned. Anyway, Monday is a good psychological restart for me, although I am being mindful today, as well.  Will see you in the cardio cafe tomorrow evening!!

I did good all week except for yesterday, my problem is not knowing what I will have for lunch and dinner! Breakfast and snacks are easy, so I need to work on the rest. I am also goin to up my exercise, I am going to walk/jog 5 miles a day. I have a 16 yr.old daughter who is trying to lose weight and actually doing really well so I need to be a good example for her! So as a promise to myself I am going to walk 5 miles a day. I'm 3 years out and am 7-9 pounds up from my lowest ( depending on the day and time of month) I will gladly take that any day compared to what I used to weigh! However, I don't want anything to get out of control so I am going to fight this tooth and nail.

Well, I was doing OK and then I fell into the clutches of a pint of Belgian Chocolate.  Not to worry,
I'm paying the price---urgh. I only ate about a cup of it, not the entire pint like I used to do in the Bad Old Days. I think I'm going to go dump the darned thing in the trash.

Well, back on the Right Path for dinner.

Hi everyone. I didn't post yesterday I got home around midnight from the convention I have been at and was exhausted. For the most part things have gone okay up until last night when I got home. I ate a bunch of dry roasted peanuts, pumpkin seeds and a couple of potato chips. The same thing has happened today. Now this is light years from the binge fest that has been going on lately but I feel shame and remorse.

I have my food written down and committed for tommorrow. I wanted to post and let you know where I am at. I am not dropping out.

Missed posting yesterday. Sorry. Breakfast was banana, coffee protein drink. Lunch was chicken breast, small green salad, dinner was a bowl of cheerios in skim milk. Wasn't feeling too great, legs still very bad from Saturday walking tour. Bad girl did eat the top off a blueberry muffin.
