Saturday Cardio and Cafe

Good morning BOTT friends.  It is a beautiful day in Mississippi.  Fall is here!  My eats and cardio for the day is as follows:

6:15 AM 75 minute walk...Awesome!

pre breakfast: coffee and Miralax
Breakfast:  Unjury protein shake
Snack: Chocolate quest bar
Lunch:  Peanut butter Chocolate Pure protein bar
Snack:  Kay Natural's snack pack

4:00 PM 45 minute walk

Dinner:  Chicken Quesdilla
Snack:  Kay Natural's cookies
bedtime:  1/2 Bananas

I plan to get all my vitamins, fluids and exercise in.   I hope everybody has a great day!

L:  Turkey & Swiss Cheese sandwich on multigrain bread.  (I think I'm going to make this
1/2 a sandwich from now on--just feel stuffed with that much bread)

PM Snack:  nada

D:  Fresh Turnip greens w/smoked turkey sausage

Evening Snack:  Clif Bar (Walnut Crisp), Mocha coffee

Exercise--not today as knees were protesting this am, but walked for 45 minutes, racing
around Walmart this afternoon!!  Does that count??!

Running around Wally World definitely counts as exercise!  Have you ever tried the multigrain sandwich thins?  These are wonderful to me and I don't feel overstuffed on bread.  110 calories and 5 grams of protein and lots of good fiber.

Busy day here! Breakfast (banana, coffee, cheerios)  and then out all day on a House Tour with my sisters.  Protein shake for lunch, water all day. Dinner was chicken.  Coffee and pb crackers for snack.

Lots of walking, and my legs are killing me.

Not much cardio today except walking.  Vitamins taken, still working on water, I always have too many cups of decaf coffee if that counts.  Protein is good but way too many carbs today.  Cookies are one of my downfalls.  I will work at doing better tomorrow.   Here's my intake:

It was also a beautiful fall day here in Iowa. Harvest is in full swing

Went to my daughters all day volleyball game. Pack a cooler instead of buying and eating junk. Pretty proud of myself. Ran 3 miles tonight, felt good could have ran 4 I think.

I did poorly on my waters though

Today went by so fast! Started the day off with a nice 3.5 mile run with my Saturday Running Group. Next we spent the day at the base, there was an Octoberfest and some Cheerleaders doing pictures and signing pictures. Grocery shopped for the upcoming weeks menus.
0930-eggs scrambled with cherry tomatoes and spinach, bacon and a light english muffin
1230-chicken, green beans and small corn cob
1500-trail mix
1945,salmon, sweet potato, and brocoli
2100-strawberries and sf cool whip
all my water and such
