Back On Track Together
Weekend 1
I don't have Internet access at home so I won't be able to post on weekends. Tomorrow I'll take a walk around the neighborhood for exercise. The weather is supposed to be nice on Sunday, so I'd like to go biking.
My goal is to exercise three or four times a week for 20-30 minutes. For me, that's reasonable and realistic to do for life. Anything over that is a bonus.
I'll journal my food to stay on track with that. Good luck everybody!
