Thursday cardio and cafe
I went for a nice 3 mile run after work ,I needed it since I ate off plan today.
0800-oatmeal w splenda, boiled egg, veggie sausage
1000-4 red vines, mini tootsie roll
1200-chicken florentine soup and an apple
1430-slice of chocolate cake at good bye party
1900-2 slices of papa murphy delite pizza
2100-nsa skinny cow
all my water and such

Good Evening all,
Had a good day again, still nursing my sore knee but it feels better today. My day of eating....
Breakfast: 2 cups coffee w/FF creamer
1 cup skim milk
1 pkg Weight Control Cinnamon Oatmeal
Lunch: Chobani Black Cherry Greek yogurt
1/2 fresh peach
Snack: petite carrots & celery sticks
1 string cheese
Dinner: was at a restaurant (LongHorn)
garden salad w/ 2 tbsp Honey mustard dressing
5 oz petite Filet
steamed veggies (no butter)
1/2 sl crust only of Whole grain bread
1/2 teaspoon butter
Iced tea (took it to go.)
took all my vitamins, Rx and suppllements and drank 11 c of water...good day.

L: Lean Cuisine meatloaf and macaroni and cheese, 1/2 cup red seedless grapes
Iced grande sugar free vanilla 2% latte
D: Almond butter and sugar free jam on protein bread, 2.25 oz pumpkin seeds

68 oz liquids, 1552 cals, 64.5 fats, 121 carbs, 58 sugars, 98 proteins
Weighed myself this morning. Went from 200 pounds on Monday to 195 today. Very happy

Weighed myself this morning. Went from 200 pounds on Monday to 195 today. Very happy

Had a rough day yesterday with my eating. Ended up having 3 cookies. I did better today.
B-since I cannot eat eggs for a while I had 1/2 pork chop and lettuce with ranch dressing
S-sunflower seeds
L-salad, Ranch dressing, cheese,1 tootsie pop
D-2 chicken strips
S-string cheese, sunflower seeds, some almonds
Did great on my waters. Got up before work and ran 2.25 miles and walked .25. Then later I ran 9 minutes and walked 3 miles. I ran last night also and now my legs are pretty sore so I better take a rest day tomorrow at least from the jogging. Probably will go walk though.

Yesterday was so stressful for me, almost brought me to tears, actually it did TWICE!!! Had to file a informal-verbal, complaint of sexual harassment against a cowrker.. long story. But mgr FINALLY took notice and they 'spoke' to him.

Lunch 3-Oxtails and cabbage
PM SNACK -other 3 oxtails.LOL
Dinner Protein Shake, 1scoop w/water 120 cals 25grams protein
nite time snack-chicken w/lettuce (salad)
No exercise.... I took a 1/2 a day, came home... ate my 'comfort food' drank some brandy... watched tv all night in my pjs. LOL Still dropped 2lbs. Might be from the wild dancing... or water, whatever.
