i made several improvements, though i cannot say i'm back on track yet. but i'm gettin there. got back on the exercise machines (in a very small way) and will do more next week
i'm also very glad i've started coming back here. it's my single greatest motivator right now. thanks everyone!

I was crazy busy Thursday and Friday, so I didn't post.  However, I stayed on track since I knew I was going to post everyday(ugh!)
I had the "privilege" of volunteering for a cross-country meet for 1st-6th graders.  In addition to inhaling ragweed for about 2 hours (Achoo!), I felt like a fool watching these kids run over a mile-and-a-half with GRINS on their faces on the last curve of the path!!  I used to be like them and now I just whine about even going for a walk!  Gotta work the motivation button a little better!

Hi Y'all,
I've been doing pretty well with my diet and exercise over the past 2 weeks then 2 days ago I began grazing on every non-plan food I could get my hands on!!! By the grace of God I came to my senses! Instead of berating myself over failing at staying on my plan, I did a lot of soul-searching! That's when the 12-step slogan "Progress not perfection!" came to mind! Yes I experienced 2 “offÂ" days BUT, I successfully completed 12 days during which I stayed on plan for the most part! So, I'm off to a pretty good start........ if I do say so myself!

Blessings,
Cheryl G.
