My knee is hurting.  It burns.  I think I over did it.

It's going to be a while before I can get home to do it. 

It had already been popping loud enough for other people to hear it whan I walk, but this pain is new.  I need to rest it.

I might have to scale back on my exercise intensity and be a bit more strict with my eating.

Kathy, I'm just going to have to figure out a way to work around it.  There might be some kind of upper body aerobics out on the web I can use until this gets better.

 Yes, don't do anything against medical advice. Is water an option for you after you get better?  Do a search on goggle for sitting workouts. I have seen them out there.

Hang in there, you are doing GREAT! It's challenges like these that test us.
