I am having a sad day as my husband is having a bad day (suffered stroke last xmas)  I have not eaten bad but not eaten on my meal plan. Anyway I was really wanting to eat something sweet and remembered I had gotten my machine a couple of weeks ago I ordered a while back. It was backed ordered for months.

OMG!  It's to die for. It's called Yonanas, yes Yonanas

I used frozen strawberries, pineapple and bananas.  The concept is to use fresh, frozen healty fruit. The bananas offer the consisitancy that makes it like icecream.  I loved it.

Here is the link, it's a little pricey but worth it.  Check for coupons on the net.

I feel like I got my sweet treat and don't have to worry about the fall out of eating bad.

Have a great night everyone!

Take care,
Kathy
