Am I being 'naughty' because I post my food intake, the next day?

I mean, I do have my proteins/vits/water here. BUT I know just because its here doesnt mean Ill take it.

Usually, I pack... alot of liquid proteins for work. Sweet (Nectar No Carb) and salty (Unjury Chicken) , Then drink the sweet when Im craving sweet, or 'eat' the salty when I want something salty. Or mix if with my food .... usually at work its the broiled chicken strips(maybe 3-4oz) and tons of baby spinach which I heat in the microwave.

Exercise i****or-miss with me too... Im so random, I might want to walk, might want to bike or run... or hell just say Ill dance like a maniac when I get home. Or sit in front of the tv and lift my weights. I do that lot now. Look like Im in JAIL on 'rec time'. LOL

Hope , thats 'Ok' per the 8 week Challenge.

P.S

I was up late watching some western with Kirk Douglass...

See, I just couldnt get into it. I had it on, but they lost me right around the time the slave-girl came to visit his cell, but she was promised to the 'spaniard'. LOL...

Im like BLAH... this is like 1950s version of Gladiator.

BUT I have followed TMC(My newest addiction) all month with Kirk Douglass, damn he was FINE as hell(even with that creepy chin-dimple thingy. LOL) ... and an awesome azz-actor!!! Ace-in-the-Hole was my fave, that was truly powerful, esp'lly for today's world. Amazing cinema... love his range of emotions.

That's too bad, you flipped away from an outstanding film.  If that scene in the cell didn't get to you, I guess nothing else in the film could.  Give it another try sometime.

Kirk Douglas rocks!

Happy Hump Day everyone!
I've been really down the last few days and not eating and drinking enough because of the amount of money it was going to cost to fix my car. I picked it up last night and the bill came to $553.00 just to replace the drivers side door latch. It was a fluke thing that the latch broke while in the closed position and the door would'nt open. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to afford the Long Island conference, but my brother let me put it on his credit card.
When I get depressed I withdraw and stop eating and drinking, I know I should know better, it's just something I need to work on.
So anyway here's what I have planned for today:

Breakfast: Protein shake (30gms protein)
2 10oz mugs of tea (I hate coffee, love the smell, hate the taste)

Lunch: 4 or 6 oz? can of crabmeat with 1 tbl mayo and 1/2 a chopped red bell pepper.

Dinner: Of course I didn't take anything out of the freezer, so it will either be a scrambled egg or a can of lentil soup.

Morning and Afternoon snacks: I have an apple and a small banana on my desk and some soy nuts.

Tonights workout: 45 minutes on the Arc Trainer (elyptical from HELL) and 150 crunches.
