Wednesday Cardio and Cafe

 Good Morning Everybody.
Day 3 of our 8 week challenge.  I hope everybody is doing okay.  Here is my eats and exercise for today.  I am mostly a creature of habit so I made become boring.

5:45 AM 1 hour walk

pre breakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Unjury Protein Shake
Snack:  Chocolate Pure Protein Bar
Lunch:  Quest Vanilla Almond Bar
Snack:  Lite Baby Bel Cheese

4:00 PM 40 minute walk

Dinner:  Tuna Salad on Whole Wheat  Sandwich Thins
Snack:  Vanilla Protein Pudding
Bedtime:  1/2 Bananas

All my Vitamins and Fluids.  Have a great day!

My husband is having a really bad day so I was not able to hit the gym this morning.  When we have these kinds of days, it usually  messes with my stomach so I will be drinking mostly protein.  Sigh...

Cardio - hope to hit the bag (I have one at home) and some weights

Breakfast
Protein shake
Snack
something protein
Lunch
Lean Roast Beef, LF cheese and pickle rolls
Snack
Apple with Almond butter
Dinner
Grilled fish with 1/2 sweet potato and green beans
Snack
Frozen fruit

Have an awesome day everyone!  Those sugar and junk foods should be getting out of your system.  The hard part is almost over!

 Hi Kathy:

I got me a 7 day vitamin box set that I fill up every Saturday.  When I go to work each morning, I grab the appropiate day and throw it into my purse.  My iphone beeps me every 2 hours to let me know what vitamin is on schedule to take.  This was the only way that I found that worked for me.  Now I am 100% each day with my vits.  You may want to try this to help you get on schedule.  Have a great day.

I suppose better late than never...went shopping yesterday...excited to start (really start) this today...hubby has already lost weight ! I put him on healthier low carb diet..(meaning i pack his lunches and snacks ) anyway here is the plan for today

em - coffee x 2
B- 3 egg whites, turkey sausage, greek yogurt with berries....
S- protein drink
L- grilled chicken salad
s- protein drink
D- grilled shrimp, with grilled vegies
S- greek yogurt.

Lauire, Body Electric is a television program that comes on every morning at 5:30 a.m. in Kentucky.  It's basically for women 40 and older.  There are DVD's but my satelite bill is already established and its easy for me to get up do my exercises.  The yoga program comes on at 5:00 so sometimes I miss it.  Works for me.

Laurie I'm 58 and definitely have to take a breather or too while exercising.  Didn't realize how out of shape being overweight and not exercising allowed me to become.
