Tuesday 27th Cardio & Cafe
Had a great day yesterday. Did what I set out to do. My food plan today is:
5:45 AM 60 minute walk
Pre Breakfast: Coffee with Miralax
Breakfast: Unjury Protein Shake
Snack: Pure Protein Bar-Chocolate chip
Lunch: Quest Peanut Butter Bar
Snack: Baby Bel Cheese Lite Round
4:00 PM 40 minute walk
Dinner: Butterball turkey sausage with Steamed Vegetables
Snack: Protein Vanilla Pudding
bedtime: 1/2 bananas

D-Pork Loin, brussel sprouts w/baby red potatoes
Doctor cleared me for 30 minutes of treadmill time until Friday and then he will re-evaluate.

I am doing good for the second day and even worked out last night.

HAd trouble sleeping, then overslept this morning. Time for coffee, a banana and then off to arthritis swim class and lap swim. Just back having a protein drink now. Thinking an omelet for dinner., and anothe protein shake after that. Making sure I getting my fluids in, too. Right now I am wanting some coffee.
I have been dragging all day. Yesterday I stuck to my plan, today has been so-so but I'm moving on.
6:30am 1/2 banana, 1 c almond milk, 1 serving Chike banana protein
9:30am-10am, baby carrots, 1.5 string cheese
12pm 1 c black bean soup, 1 hard boiled egg
3pm started out by eating 1/2 of a corn muffin, which lead to the top of a bran muffin. followed by a crash and burn nap
planned (will edit if it changes:) 1 pc of cold salmon, salad

water, coffee (decaf).....just feeling really down and cranky. Someone brought a huge box of boardwalk fudge to the lunch room today....I didn't even look in the box, but I had quite a conversation with myself about how just one pc wouldn't hurt....I think the muffin has something to do with all of this. picking myself up and moving forward.....

Ok so I feel good about today, thus far, I did 40 minutes on the eliptical.

Lunch- Grilled chicken breast with salad (used eggfaces' herbalicious dressing)
Snack- Imitation Crab Meat, cucumbers, soy sauce
Dinner- Lime Tilapia with asparagus
Snack- baked apples w. cinnamon and ricotta compote (another eggface fav)

Had another good day. Have logged food,exercise and water each day and have managed to keep it around 1200 cals for the day and my water intake has been over the 8 glasses a day...I am very happy for that.
Today I did weights for arms and upper body and may get on my bike later....having issues with my knees so need some low impact right now.
Breakfast: 2 cups coffee w/ FF creamer ( 2 tbsp for both cups)
1 cup milk (for coffee, eggs and vit/supplements)
Ham and cheese omelette (2 eggs,1 sl 2% american cheese and 1 thin slice of deli ham)
Lunch: Chobani Black Cherry Greek yogurt

Dinner: 3oz rotissere chicken
1/2 cup mashed potato
1/2 cup peas
Snacks: popcorn (94% FF microwaved snack bag)
I work for a chocolate shop that has a great bakery in house too. We are launching some great new flavors and today was sample day for all employees, we do this so we can discribe them to our guests, that come in to buy. I was good and took the tiniest bites possible and counted the 6 bites as 1 cupcake. I think it was really about the size of a mini muffin but counted as a regular size cake.
Water intake right now is 8cups should be 11 by bedtime. all in all I think I had a great day...
