I am bummed because I was not able to get back to the gym for my Zumba class.  I ate too much sugar last week and I am paying for it via tummy issues.  I know, say no more.  I really really really do believe our bodies get addicted to white carbs and sugar and crave it.  Then when you start to back off you get headaches and such.

So today I am going to try and focus on how bad I feel when I eat crap and not do it.

Take care,
Kathy

I guess I'm lucky that I major dump from sugar and can't tolerate any at all. My downfall is fried food. I know it will make me sick, yet I eat it anyway. Kentucky Fried Chicken is one of my weaknesses plus I have a bunch of coupons. Darn you to heck Colonel Sanders!!!!

I SOOOO wish I dumped from sugar!!  I think it would help me, but maybe not!  Hang in there, you can do it!

I can do this, I can do this, I can do this - AND SO CAN YOU!!

I got derailed by some KFC last night.   It's evil, I tell ya.  EVIL.

I am going through the sugar headache right now and the blah feeling.  I know it WILL get better once I get all these toxins out of my system and I will feel so much better.  Needless to say, I did nothing last night as far as exercise.  Just do not feel like it yet.

Just get through today at work and tomorrow I am sure, will be better.

Isn't it funny how we are different.  My pouch limits what I can eat at one time, quanity.  I can eat any sugar and not get sick, but eating fried foods or greasy stuff makes me sick every time.

I need to get back on track.  I don't dump on sugars all of the time.  I do get tummy issues.  I had my surgery in 2004, lost 120 but have gained back 80 of that.  I can't believe I just admitted to that.  But yes its out there.  I need help and support.  I want my energy back!!  Help!!

Join us and the first step is admitting it and you just did.  It is what it is and start getting back to the basics. Check out our docs we have and come here for support, suggestions and motivation to get back on track!  If you are eating too many carbs and sugar log what you eat when and what is going on. Remember when you first had surgery, you made it  the number one priority. We need to get back to that.  Remove one item that is tripping you up at a time, then replace it with something positive.

We are here to help in any way we can!

Take care,
Kathy

I can tolerate small amounts of sugar. I was always a fat/salt junkie, though - and I still am! There is no Col Sanders nearby, than goodness, or I would be in real trouble.  I do just fine without salt, can't remember the last time I used that salt grinder, but show me a piece of fried chicken and I start drooling like crazy.
