A few more tricks up my sleeve

 Hey Botts,

I hope you are all ready to rock and roll.  Here are a couple of other things I did yesterday that helped me before and will hopefully get me to goal this time.

I took pictures.  Front, back and side
Made of list of my food plan for the week
Took measurements, inches and used my body fat gadget
Logged my weight this AM
Placed my food plan and photos on the fridge
I also have a photo of me when I was at goal as an inspiration if I go in the kitchen with evil intent 
If you never reached your goal find a dress of photo that will inspire you to place on the fridge.

I know this sounds cheezy but I wrote a little note to myself and placed it on the mirror in my bathroom where I have to see it daily.  Make it personal and positive.  Mine before was I didn't want to be the fat lady in the wedding pictures.  Now I have up I don't want to be the fat lady in all the "new" family photos. Yes, the new family are all small and skinny.  *****es LOL

Weekly food plan is something I really need to do. I need to take stuff out of the freezer ahead of time. Usually I get home from the gym at 9-10 at night and am trying to figure out something for dinner and lunch the next day and all my food is in the freezer.

 Lay it out the night before and then put it in the fridge to heat when you get home.  Also, use your weekend to get it organized and be sure and log your food. I am not honest unless I know I have to log it.
