Okay here is the food:

28 ounces diet peach snaffle

Iced Venti, sugar free vanilla, 2% latte

B: Jimmy Dean Whole wheat bagel, egg white, turkey sausage and cheese breakfast sandwich

L: Lean Cuisine roasted turkey with green beans, 1/3 peach

16 ounces diet peach snaffle

S: Pure Protein Chocolate Deluxe Protein Bar

D: 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup red onion/zucchini/broccoli/red pepper/garlic, Amy Wu Chicken/Gouda sausage, 1/3 roasted garlic Alfredo sauce

30 ounces diet peach snaffle

74 ounces liquids, 1444 cals, 51.5 fats, 139 carbs, 53.5 sugs, 89.5 pro

No exercise...

Sorry, This is a day late in posting, but





Meals: 7 protein shakes @100 calories each throughout the day

LUNCH: chicken with baby spinach

PM SNACK: Orange, then protein  shake


DINNER salmon, and garden salad.

Bedtime snack: 1/3 Muscle Milk Protein shake


Exercise : Walked for 30minutes with 3lbs weights 1.797miles.

This morning 9-27-2011, I was 223... down from 230 sunday.

B-ham and cheese omelet
L-oven roasted subway salad with fat free Ital dressing
s-veggie soup, i made its very think and no fat
d-taco salad made at home no shell or chips
s-grapes

Got all my water in and worked out with my trainer for the first time in like 6 months! yeah for me
