8 Week Challenge - Roll Call!
I'm here. I wrote my food down last night and ate what I committed to. My lowest weight was 188, I am up to 200. I want back to 188 and lower if possible. I have never consistently excercised. It's like I am alergic to it. I would like to get over that. And I have been eating sugar and I would like to get past that also.
Is this how the 8 week challenge is supposed to work....what else should I do??? I commit to checking in daily and saying how I have done.

Here! Thank you so much for this forum I am 6 months post-op ds. My goal with this 8 challenge is
to lose 20lbs which is 2.5lbs a week also to catch the running bug via couch 25k 8 wk program and on off days boot camp which is also 8 weeks, so 6 days a week I will be busy trying get my mind to catch-up with my body.
Today was day one of couch 25k it was hard! I started with 1200 calories but was told by boot cam trainer I need to up caloric in take to 1600 calories.

Good Morning BOTT friends!
I am a day late ~ but I'm here!I am starting the challenge today, and so far I am off to a great start. Here's hoping it stays that way. I have fallen off the wagon (all the basics) and I am paying for it. My iron and b12 have been in the tank and I have not been getting enough protein. My hair is falling out like crazy AND I'm up 25ish pounds. I feel like an absolute failure. In my head I am back to being the FAT GIRL again.
I am really hoping this is the kick in the rear I need.
