Double Dog Dare Ya 8 Week Challenge! Let's Get Ready!
Started walking again, dropping sugar... evil sugar.. I hate it and love it all at the same time. I lasted two years without it, and have put way too much weight on in the last year since the love affair started again lol.. okay, really not that funny. Will really make an attempt to log food. I've never done it, figured I didn't need to.. but yes, I do need to. Thank you for keeping us on track.

Me too, but I'll still be moving.. maybe not boot camp, that'd send my ticker into a fit lol. But I'm going to be accountable, get off sugar!, and start moving.
What food program for an iphone or workout program are you guys using? I like gps runmate, but I don't run, so it'll be walkmate for me. Livestrong is what I was going to use for food, any other suggestions?
Remember, this is my first time accountable... lol

Good Monday Morning,
I have walked 5 kms this morning and planned my brekkie and lunch so far. For brekkie I had a ff/sf yogurt and 1/4 cup of soya nuts, for lunch I plan on 1/2 cup braised beef, cucumber, for snacks I have a protien cookie and yogurt with 1/3 c fresh blueberries.......am going to journal everything. Have a great day and I will check in later to record my dinner choice. Good Luck everyone with the first day of our challenge :)
