Did not work out hard today but did 15 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes of stretches.
Took my vitamins but not drink my allotment of water.  If decaffinated coffee was counted I would be ok, but I don't count my coffee.  Here's what I ate today.  Carbs were 17gms above my goal of only 100 gms carbs but all else was good.  Had room for more calories but I'll save them for another day.
