How are you preparing for the 8-Week Challenge?

I am going to log all my food, here on this journal site. I am going to start to walk more, (i have an on-going knee injury that I have to baby a bit, but can still walk, albeit slower. I am going to log into this site everyday, I need to be accountable, since that went out the window long ago. Have a good Sunday everyone! MJ

Panniculectomy with anchor incision 5/8/09 (10lbs skin lost) re-do of breast reduction to correct flaws 38c to 38c- with lateral breast lift.

Actually ordered all my proteins, and restocked my supplement drawer... and yes no trigger foods.

Sunday morning, I was 230!!!! Almost died....

Went for simple 1.7mile walk... ate like normal.

Monday morning 227, so sad....  simple walking could have so much of an effect. Ive been so lazy. But Not anymore. Did quick am work out... and wearing my gym clothes to work, so no excuse for not going to the gym later. LOL
