How are you preparing for the 8-Week Challenge?
YES ...I AM ANXIOUS TO SEE WHAT I AM LACKING THEN! I DON'T FEEL BAD... JUST SOMETIMES LATELY I GET SOOOO SLEEPY ALL OF A SUDDEN....OF COURSE I GET UP BEFORE 4 AM... AND I KNOW IT COULD BE WHAT I AM PUTTING INTO MY BODY....WE SHALL SEE...

I am making sure "no" trigger foods are in the house. And since I have been doing this for 3 months making plans to notch up my workouts. I want to go to the next level to keep the inches and fat coming off. I also want to make sure I log all foods, this really helps me.

I will be going to the store after work today. My low carb plans are....
Cheeses - Parm, Pepper, Swiss, Cream
Meat - Sliced corned beef, Kielbasa, Ham, Italian Sausage
Sour cream
Cream
Onion/Peppers
Cabbage
Frozen - Spinach, Stir Fry Veggies
I will melt Swiss cheese on the corned beef or pepper cheese on the ham for a hot kinda sandwich minus the bread.
I will use the sour cream and cream in a Low Carb/Sugar Free Cheesecake for all week.
I will use the Kielbasa, cabbage, onion, and chicken stock all mixed together in my crock pot and cooked all day for a couple of dinners.
I will use the Italian Sausage, cream, chicken stock, onions, pepper flakes, spinach, and Parm Cheese to make a soup for a few lunches next week.
I will use Kielbasa/Italian Sausage with pepper/onions to serve over spinach or stir fry veggies or cabbage.
These are my favorite low carb items. I also will use eggs for omelets, etc.
This should take care of the next 7 days and I will feel like I am eating like a queen. I will do most of the cooking this weekend. Why can't I just plan and do this all the time????
