  Hey Botts,

We have had a great response to the Challenge.  I can't wait.  Use this week to get prepared for success.  Some suggestions.

Read the list we have for getting back on track.  I was forgetting some of the little ones and they played big in my succes so far.  For example, not drinking with meals.

Remove all trigger foods and junk food. If your family insist on keeping junk, put it in one spot and lock it up. I am not kidding LOL

Load up your house with clean foods

Choose a logging and tracking tool for your food and exercise.  Our Health Tracker is a great option.

Pick something fun to do that will get you moving again.  Please keep in mind if you have not done anything for awhile start small and slow. It took me 2 and half months to get up the nerve to do book camp.  I started with walking and water exercises.

Be prepared to track  your weight, inches and body fat if you have that option. I paid $20 for a body fat monitor and found that and the inches were my best friends.  Scales suck! LOL  I was losing fat and inches while the scale LIED TO ME!!!!

We have all been successful before, WE know what works for US.  Do what you need to get back there. As I said, it's been 7 years and my pouch seemed to welcome the healthy eating again.  I felt GREAT!

I can't wait, thank you all for helping me!

Take Care,
Kathy
