Please join me starting next Monday and we will help each other with the next 8 weeks before the holidays and get our butts movin and losin!
Take care,
Kathy

Kathy--you didn't lose a child, you gained a daughter!!!
I've been thinking about doing just this type of thing; I've just gotten my bloodwork done and it
is excellent, but I have definitely regained far far too much.
My eating is still on track, but due to arthritis, my exercising is definitely down. I'm not sure
how I can cope with this as swimming, or a recumbent bike I recently bought, hurts my knees
to the point that I can't walk for two days. Hmmmm.
I've been tracking my food on sparkpeople.com, which does help me stay honest. Mostly.
See you on Monday!!

Hi Lynn,
Have you spoken to a physical theapist? There has to be something you can do in the water that won't hurt your knees. I am so with you. I can not lose at this point in my life without exercising.
Check with your doctor. I uses one of those noodles in the water and it kept my balance and maybe you can do all your workout using your arms? Find out from your doctors and we hope to see you here Monday!!!
Take care,
Kathy

I'M IN!! I rarely come to OH anymore, but I do lurk over here when I get your "reminder" emails about the group. Over the past 2 yrs, I've had a 12 lb regain....nothing I'm flipping out about but, still, I think I would like some company while I focus on losing a few of them. I have been severely iron deficient and have just started infusion therapy....haven't done much in the way of "moving it to lose it" for over 4 mos, as I wasn't sure what was going on with me and was experiencing some odd physical symptoms. Now that I'm not obsessed with thinking the worst, I'm jumping in with ya. By the way, my son is getting married at the end of October!! Got my dress (a gown) this weekend and now it feels "real", sigh.
See you next week....
Julie
See you next week....

Oh Girl,
I am with you. We are so happy for our sons, but it's so sad to see our babies getting married. I was o****il the Mother Son dance. Kleenex, then I was just getting it together and they started showing slides of when he was my blond baby. Another box please.
But the best was when my son said he was so proud of me and how beautiful I looked. He said everyone was coming up to him and said I looked more like his sister instead of his mother. Now is that not why we had the surgery? If I had been 330 pounds at his wedding I would have wanted to crawl under a rock.
We rock girl and as you said lets just eat clean and move and what we lose will happen.
See you there!
Take care,
Kathy
