Thursday cardio/cafe

Good morning everyone...i know it's been forever since i have been here.....I am seriously trying to get motivated...!!  not sure what I was at weight wise when I left...BUT right now i am about 215 which my lowest was 199...I have yet to reach my goal...all this stomach  and extra skin is depressing....i still feel like i weigh 400 lbs ...no think i look like i still weigh 400 lbs...anyway... here i am... something has gotta help...i am tracking with weigh****chers...i lost 11 lbs my first week...I find i can still choose high protein diet and track.... also i need to start moving again...exercise does so much more that help with weight loss... sooo here I am again... NEEDING to be ON TRACK....accountable... i need you guys...

I too have been missing from this board but I am on track and trying to follow directions.  Still too many carbs but calories are where they should be right now.

thanks for posting...i messed up again last night... when i get home i am hungry...so i eat ...and then cook dinner....and eat again...and feel like " oh well" you already messed up u may as well start again tomorrow....but i do this almost every day!! last night i said ok monday you have to start.....give your self the weekend to get it out of your system...my scale said i weigh 212...i know i am on my period and prob will loose a lil in a few days but that is water...my jeans are tight...sigh...idk...   i just dont know....
