Back On Track Together
Wed. cafe and cardio
I did get to my gym for my workout today and a little spa time (hair, eyebrows and electrolysis for my PCOS). It felt good to be back to the gym and to spend some time on me.
B: eggbeater, zucchini and low fat cheese omelet and zucchini muffin
S: peach and plain Greek yogurt
L: chicken breast, veggies and spaghetti sauce
S: Nature valley nut crunch bar
D: 2 chicken drumsticks, 1/2 c brown rice and broth with veggies
S: peach, fiber one and plain greek yogurt parfait
