Back On Track Together
Tuesday Cafe and Cardio
I noticed there is not a lot of activity going on these days. With the holidays approaching perhaps things will pick up. I was low carb dieting for a while and it worked well. Lately, I have been off track somewhat. Before things get out of hand, I thought maybe it would help if I started up again with the cafe and cardio that Deb used to post. Last post I read from her was that she is down almost 30 lbs. Wow! Today I went back on basic food groups...we'll see how it goes. Sometimes I feel like a volleyball jumping from one diet to another. I thought that the RNY was going to be the end of that yo yo dieting but I guess not for me. I didn't get to my gym today but I did a lot of cleaning.... Wed. I will go for sure!
B: eggbeater and low fat cheese omelet and a 100 calorie home made zucchini muffin (Splenda and whole wheat flour)
S: fruit salad and plain Greek yogurt
L: chicken thigh, veggie soup (broth and vegetables) small salad and a zucchini muffin
S: fruit salad and plain Greek yogurt
D: chicken breast, veggie soup, small salad and 1/2 c mashed potatoes
S: fruit salad and Nature Valley nut crunch bar
That was about 1/3 each of fat, protein and carbs and 1600 calories. I feel ok as far as hunger level but this is only day one. I do burn about 10 calories per pound of me so I should be able to maintain 160 lbs. if I ate this way everyday without ever cheating, but that is difficult. I guess it is one day at a time. Good luck to me...Good luck to you too!
