Thanks Just me. Unfortunately we have the body image stuff on Saturday and I am so busy over weekends because of time in program that I usually don't have time to come back and blog on Saturday or Sunday. But basically they are recommending we love ourselves no matter what size re are. Like last Saturday they talked about not trying to get to a certain size and to forget about sizes and focus on the fit of the outfit.
On calories, I am doing better this week counting my calories. I feel more in control. I still have not had as much time to exercise but that again is because of the class. The classes will decrease in October so this should help.
